Job summary

Millbank Holdings is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental compliance at a busy chemical production facility. You will own the HSE management systems, drive continuous improvement and oversee regulatory compliance across the site.

Ideal candidates will have COMAH experience, NEBOSH Level 3, IOSH Managing Safely, and Lead Auditor certification. The role focuses on shaping safety culture, incident investigations and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical/major hazard environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 with internal auditing.
• Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems across the site.
• Conduct incident investigations, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage audit programmes, regulatory compliance activities and safety improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate safety training, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Provide regular HSE performance reporting to senior leadership.
