Urenco is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor – Project Lead at Capenhurst to drive safety across a major CapEx programme, collaborating with contractors and regulators to deliver high HSE performance. You will monitor KPIs, lead investigations, and provide proactive leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires strong CDM and major construction experience, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to influence at all levels while delivering results in a fast-paced environment

Formación

• Proven experience supporting and delivering HSE requirements on large-scale construction or CapEx projects.
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations and contractor management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide proactive HSE leadership across projects.

Responsabilidades

• Actively promote a pro-active safety culture across the project lifecycle.
• Embed HSE objectives into Group Project activities and ensure compliance.
• Provide high-quality specialist support and advice on HSE risks.
• Consult with Urenco and contractors on HSE matters as a subject matter expert.
• Protect Urenco’s reputation through industry best practice in compliance.
• Analyse industry developments to enhance HSE capabilities and transfer knowledge.
• Lead lessons learned reviews and drive continuous improvement in HSE matters.
