Job summary

Urenco is seeking a Contracts Delivery Manager to join our Capenhurst site. You will lead a Contract Management team, develop strategies and govern contract delivery across projects.

Working with project teams, stakeholders and suppliers, you will ensure contractual requirements align with delivery goals while protecting Urenco's commercial position. We offer market-leading training and development.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline such as Quantity Surveying, Law or Engineering.
• Professional accreditation in Contract Management, Procurement, or Project Management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of contract management professionals supporting project and programme delivery.
• Develop contract management strategies and implementation plans aligned with business and project objectives.
• Ensure effective deployment and utilisation of contract management resources across the portfolio.
• Support project teams in the development and delivery of contracting strategies.
• Ensure contractual requirements are effectively incorporated into project delivery plans.
• Manage supplier and contractual relationships to support project performance and minimise commercial risk.
• Protect Urenco's commercial position through effective contract management and governance.
• Lead portfolio-level reporting and forward resource planning activities.
• Monitor project and supply chain performance, identifying issues and supporting corrective actions.
• Implement performance metrics and reporting processes that support informed decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing.
• Promote consistent application of contract management standards, policies, and procedures.
• Foster a proactive safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.
