Job summary

Rullion requires a Senior Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to lead HSE on client projects in Swindon. The role is site-based with full responsibility for safety leadership and regulatory compliance.

You will support the operational team to meet HSE requirements, conduct inspections and drive improvements. A NEBOSH Diploma and IOSH Senior Membership are expected, with 5–10+ years in construction HSE.

Qualifications

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent health and safety qualification at senior level.
Minimum 5–10+ years HSE experience in construction environments.
Experience with site inspections, audits and surveillance.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead and be accountable for HSE matters on client projects and provide leadership.
Advise Directors, Managers and Supervisors on H&S and environmental duties.
Liaise with clients to build positive relationships and trust.
Lead ad-hoc HSE projects and develop improvements as required.
Ensure compliance with statutory duties and client procedures.
Oversee investigations into accidents and incidents and recommend preventive actions.
Support induction programs and document preparation for H&S and environmental plans.
