Job summary

Rullion is seeking a Senior Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor for a permanent role in Swindon. You will lead HSE across client projects, ensuring leadership and support for all personnel on site.

The role involves advising Directors and Supervisors to meet HSE obligations and driving improvements through investigations and audits. The candidate will bring 5–10+ years in HSE within construction, with NEBOSH and senior IOSH qualifications, and possess strong knowledge of ISO standards and CDM

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma and senior IOSH membership required
• 5-10+ years HSE construction experience
• Experience with site inspections, audits and surveillance
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and CDM Regulations
• Senior HSE membership (IOSH/NEBOSH/IEMA/CQI) desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE on client projects and support the operational team.
• Advise Directors, Managers and Supervisors on H&S responsibilities.
• Liaise with clients to build trust and positive relationships.
• Lead improvement projects and development programmes as required.
• Ensure statutory duties and responsibilities are clearly communicated to staff.
