Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer in the UK. The role focuses on planning, mobilising and supervising safe offshore projects, with emphasis on risk assessments, method statements and incident learning.

Candidates should bring experience in offshore environments, NEBOSH and OGUK certifications, and strong capability in HSE risk management and HAZID facilitation. Travel to UK offshore sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience running small projects in a corporate environment.
• Experience offshore (O&G and wind) with willingness to travel to UK sites.
• GWO Enhanced First Aid for offshore wind and OGUK medical certificate.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or higher preferred.
• Strong HSE risk management skills with bowties and barrier management.
• Experience facilitating HAZIDs.
• Proactive risk management and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and mobilize projects and suppliers for safe execution, reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
• Support safety culture through offshore presence, inspections, drills and exercises from vessels and turbines.
• Investigate incidents and register findings in the incident management system to drive learning.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation and process improvements; run improvement projects.
• Contribute to UK emergency response standards and facilitate HAZID sessions.
