Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson seeks a HSE Advisor CON for a major Offshore Wind Farm based in Poland. You will lead a proactive HSE culture, manage data-driven risk, and support HSE documentation and RAMS across the project.

You will coordinate safety meetings, audits and incident investigations, ensuring contractor liaison and compliance with ISO standards. Strong English and NEBOSH are required.

Qualifications

• Professional level English language skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication & presentation skills.
• IT literate (MS Office); knowledge of Synergi is an advantage.
• Experience in root cause analysis and incident investigations.
• Experience dealing with 3rd party contractors regarding HSE.

Responsibilities

• Drive and promote a positive HSE culture through leadership, engagement, data usage and lessons learned.
• Promote data-driven risk management through proactive reporting and high-quality data management.
• Support development, implementation and use of client HSE documentation and RAMS.
• Coordinate and report safety inspections, incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Liaise with contractors at management and site levels to improve HSE culture.
• Participate in site HSE meetings, audits and NCR follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with HSE processes and certification standards (ISO 9001/14001/45001/55001).
