Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a leading organisation in the West Midlands to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. Start ASAP. Qualifications

• Senior HRBP with experience in a complex corporate environment.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, performance and people transformation.
• Experience delivering HR projects and supporting organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on people implications of the transformation programme.
• Lead workforce planning including headcount, capability, succession and future resource requirements.
• Support development of a KPI-driven, high-performance culture.
• Use people data and commercial insight to drive decision-making.
• Lead and support HR and transformation projects.
• Translate organisational change into actionable people plans.
• Support leaders with performance, capability and workforce effectiveness.
• Identify people risks and opportunities to improve productivity.
• Align the people plan with the future operating model.
• Provide commercially focused advice to senior stakeholders.
