Job summary

We Are Adam is seeking an experienced senior HR professional to join a large, ambitious and growing business at an exciting time. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners and work with senior operational leaders to ensure the people strategy supports commercial objectives.

The role offers hybrid working with a mix of office presence in Greater Manchester and regional locations, plus a car allowance and bonus package. Equity, diversity and inclusion are core to our mission.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR Business Partners within a large, complex, multi-site business.
• Proven track record in talent, succession, performance and engagement initiatives.
• Capable of partnering with senior stakeholders and driving HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of regional HR Business Partners and advise senior operational leaders.
• Shape the people agenda to support wider commercial objectives.
• Drive acquisitions, organisational change and business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Reward, ER, Learning, Resourcing and Organisational Development to deliver practical solutions.
