We Are Adam in Manchester (Piccadilly) is seeking an experienced Head of People to lead the day-to-day People function and align people strategies with business priorities. This is a senior, hands-on role at the heart of the organisation: you’ll connect business priorities with people outcomes, support managers to lead well, and continue to build a first-class HR operations model.

This is a varied role and a fantastic opportunity to utilise your generalist HR toolkit in a forward-thinking

Competenze

• Proven experience in a senior operational HR role.
• Strong commercial acumen; ability to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Ideally CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a growing organisation.
• Experience partnering with L&D to develop programmes.

• Lead the delivery of a high-quality, responsive people function for colleagues and managers.
• Own the end-to-end colleague lifecycle and improve engagement, retention and experience.
• Advise on employee relations matters including disciplinary and performance issues.
• Lead learning and development across the business with leaders on capability gaps and succession planning.
• Coach managers and build management capability through training and guidance.
