Unilever PLC in Port Sunlight seeks a Site HR Business Partner to shape the people strategy for a large, unionised manufacturing site. You will partner with two Factory Directors to influence workforce decisions, leadership effectiveness and performance delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead strategic workforce planning, talent and succession, capability building and employee relations, balancing operational delivery with transformation and long‑term capability.

Competenze

• Significant HR business partnering experience in a complex manufacturing/Supply Chain environment.
• Experience advising senior leaders with strong strategic challenge and coaching.
• Strong employee and industrial relations capability in a unionised setting.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into practical people plans and organisation design.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic workforce planning and organisation design for Port Sunlight factories.
• Own and drive talent, succession and leadership development for senior roles.
• Coach senior leaders to build high‑performing, inclusive teams and strengthen decision‑making.
• Lead or contribute to HR and transformation projects to improve productivity and engagement.
• Manage and influence employee relations and industrial relations across the site.
