High Profile Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on translating business priorities into a people agenda, influencing senior leadership, and delivering strategic people initiatives to drive performance.

You will partner with operations, build leadership capability, and manage significant change programmes while ensuring strong compliance with UK employment law and workforce planning.

Formación

• A degree - essential.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification - essential.
• Significant HRBP experience in manufacturing or similarly complex operations.
• Strong experience partnering senior operational leaders.
• Track record of delivering organisational change and transformation.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent, succession and organisational development.
• Strong commercial acumen linking people decisions to business performance.
• Confidence working with data and turning insights into actions.
• Credibility to influence, challenge and coach senior stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with sound professional judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Partner senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to operational and commercial priorities.
• Build leadership capability and improve people management across the organisation.
• Coach and challenge senior stakeholders with insight and sound judgement.
• Lead major organisational change, transformation and restructuring programmes.
• Drive organisational effectiveness, workforce planning and succession activity.
• Identify capability gaps and develop pragmatic plans to strengthen talent and leadership pipelines.
• Create a high-performance culture with clear expectations and accountability.
• Use people data and metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Support engagement and cultural development across a diverse workforce.
• Provide senior-level guidance on complex employee relations matters.
