Unilever seeks a Site Communications, Events and Engagement Specialist to shape how colleagues experience Port Sunlight Sourcing Units. This role leads integrated communications, recognition and events across Home Care and Personal Care, turning priorities into clear, inclusive experiences for a diverse shift-based workforce.

The role reports to the Site HRBP and partners with leadership, HR and functional teams to connect colleagues with business priorities, strengthen site culture and deliver

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to lead internal communications, employee engagement and events across a large organisation.
• Experience creating and delivering multi-channel communications plans and leadership messages.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end events with budgets and suppliers.

Aufgaben

• Own and deliver an integrated communications and engagement plan aligned to site strategy.
• Translate updates into clear communications for shift colleagues.
• Create and manage content across emails, newsletters, noticeboards and digital channels.
• Advise site leadership with editorial judgement and practical plans for campaigns and change activity.
• Maintain the communications and events calendar with prioritized activity.
• Lead employer-branding activities and support recruitment and external communication.
