Job summary

Lovable is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) across our London operations. You’ll advise on org design, location strategy, talent planning, employee relations, and change management as we scale.

You’ll closely partner with EPD leaders, acting as a trusted advisor, and help turn People programs into AI-enabled operating rhythms that suit a fast-moving technical org. This in-office role is based in London.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as HRBP or People Partner with engineering/product/design support.
• Experience in AI-native, developer tools, or high-growth tech companies.
• Able to tie people decisions to product velocity and company priorities.
• Strong judgment in employee relations and confidential conversations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EPD leaders to shape org design and headcount planning.
• Lead AI-native people programs, manager enablement, and change management initiatives.
• Run performance review cycles and retention-focused interventions.
• Provide coaching to senior technical leaders and manage complex employee situations.
