Lovable in Stockholm or London is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. You will guide on org design, location strategy, talent planning, employee relations, manager effectiveness, and change management as we scale across Stockholm and London.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as an HRBP or People Partner supporting technical organizations such as Engineering, Product, Design, or research.
• Experience at AI-native, developer tools, product-led, or high-growth tech companies.
• Strong business judgment and ability to connect people decisions to company priorities and product velocity.
• Excellent judgment in employee relations including sensitive performance, conduct, probation, resignation and termination situations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic People Partnership with EPD leaders to advise on team design, leadership effectiveness, talent density, retention, and change.
• Rethink work in an AI-native company by enabling AI-driven workflows for manager enablement and insight generation.
• Org Design & Headcount Planning with Eng Leads, Finance, Recruiting, and People Ops.
• Run quarterly Signal Review cycles end-to-end including calibration and level corrections.
• Use people data to identify hot spots, flight risks, and patterns, and translate insights into interventions.
• Own complex employee relations and risk management in partnership with Legal and People Ops.
• Coach technical leaders through hard conversations, promotions, and org changes.
• Shape scalable People programs including career paths, leveling, compensation cycles, and change management.
