Cathedral Appointments are recruiting on behalf of an established, values-led organisation committed to creating long-term social impact. The Senior HR Business Partner will sit within a lean, high-performing HR team, acting as the lead HR contact for a key part of the business.

You'll combine strategic partnering with hands-on delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, capability and culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a lean, hands-on environment.
• Strong employee relations expertise, including complex cases.
• Ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders effectively.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a small team where everyone gets involved.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR activity for your business area with commercially focused advice.
• Manage complex employee relations cases ensuring fair, compliant processes.
• Partner with managers on recruitment, workforce planning and capability development.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team on projects and improvements.
• Support the wider HR function across the lean team.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide coaching.
