Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is recruiting two HR Business Partners in Ipswich for a hybrid role. The position involves shaping HR strategies, handling complex employee relations, and advising senior managers across a values-led charity-focused organisation.

You will line manage the HR Advisor and HR Administrator, deliver coaching, and contribute to policy development while supporting organisational change and ensuring statutory compliance.

• Proven experience in a senior HR role within complex environments.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification.
