Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the day-to-day people agenda for a multi-site Business Services operation in the UK. You will handle complex Employee Relations cases, partner with managers, coach leaders and drive policy development while aligning people processes with business needs.

Reporting to the People leadership team, you’ll influence stakeholders across sites, manage change activity, and develop a People Advisor.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience at HRBP or People Partner level
• Experience managing complex and high-risk ER cases
• Commercial, pragmatic problem-solving approach
• Experience supporting operational or multi-site environments
• Confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Managing complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absences and sensitive employee matters
• Partnering with managers to provide pragmatic commercial advice
• Coaching and developing management capability
• Reviewing and improving ER policies and processes
• Supporting organisational change and restructuring activity
• Monitoring trends and recommending improvements to reduce risk and improve employee experience
• Line managing and developing a People Advisor
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites
