Job summary

LeoVegas Group is seeking a Senior HR Project Manager to join our HR Transformation team in our Leeds office. In this newly created role, you will lead high-impact people and workforce projects and shape cross-functional HR frameworks across the business.

You will bridge Talent Acquisition, Reward, L&D and People Operations with senior leaders, applying rigorous project discipline, governance and commercial insight to deliver tangible value in a fast-paced, global organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with HR focus.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage Directors/C-suite.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence for complex change.
• Structured, pragmatic approach with commercial acumen.
• Experience in a mature, fast-paced corporate environment, ideally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects.
• Establish project structures, timelines, risk management, and reporting.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders including Directors and C-suite.
• Connect HR functions for cross-team alignment and visibility.
• Guide business leaders through operational change and maturity initiatives.
• Escalate risks and keep deliverables on track.
