Job summary

LeoVegas Group is seeking a Senior HR Project Manager to join the HR Transformation team, based in Leeds (or Stockholm). You will lead end-to-end HR transformation initiatives, establishing governance, timelines, risks, and reporting while partnering with Talent Acquisition, Reward, L&D and People Operations.

You will influence senior stakeholders, communicate clearly, and drive cross-functional alignment across international locations in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with HR focus.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Excellent communication, EQ, and change management skills.
• Structured, pragmatic approach to delivering business-aligned outcomes.
• Experience in a mature, fast-paced corporate environment, ideally international.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects from inception to delivery.
• Establish governance, timelines, risk management, and reporting.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders including Directors and C-suite.
• Connect HR functions for cross-team alignment and project visibility.
• Drive commercial HR conversations and guide leaders through change.
• Escalate risks and keep deliverables on track across short and long term.
