Job summary

Frazer Jones is seeking a transformational HR technology leader to shape the global HR technology and AI strategy. You will own the multi-year roadmap, drive automation across the employee lifecycle, and lead a high-performance global HR Technology and Reporting team.

You will partner with HR, IT, Finance and business leadership to deliver scalable solutions, manage vendor relationships, and champion a tech-first culture across a leading professional services organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR Technology, HRIS or Digital HR Transformation experience.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-wide HR technology strategies and implementations.
• Deep expertise across HR systems architecture, integrations and data ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and emerging technologies to solve real business problems.
• Experience redesigning end-to-end HR processes to deliver measurable efficiency gains.
• Strong vendor management and technology procurement experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives in complex global organisations.
• Experience leading international teams and large-scale transformation programmes.
• Prior experience of working within professional services, legal, consulting or similarly complex matrix environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the future HR technology and AI vision globally.
• Create and execute a multi-year HRIS and AI innovation roadmap.
• Reimagine HR processes across the employee lifecycle through automation, AI and self-service technologies.
• Drive AI adoption across HR functions through innovation networks, change programmes and thought leadership.
• Lead HR technology architecture, systems integration and data strategy.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Data Privacy and business leadership to design scalable technology solutions.
• Lead vendor selection, RFPs, technology evaluation and implementation programmes.
• Build and lead a world-class global HR Technology and Reporting team.
• Deliver measurable productivity, user experience and cost-efficiency improvements.
• Embed organisational change, communications and training strategies that maximise technology adoption.
