La Fosse is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Project Manager to drive a global HR and SAP transformation. This remote role includes occasional travel to Solihull and focuses on S/4HANA Public Cloud rollouts, starting with Germany and the UK.

You’ll work with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders, coordinating with external partners to deliver complex ERP projects and ensure successful go-lives across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an SAP Project Manager or Senior ERP Project Manager delivering complex implementations.
• Experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations or HR systems transformation programmes.
• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors core HR capabilities (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance).
• Experience managing end-to-end SAP/ERP implementations from initiation to go-live.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, ideally Public Cloud, is highly advantageous.
• Experience leading international/multi-country technology deployments.

• Provide governance-ready reporting to senior stakeholders and track milestones.
• Support business readiness, change management, testing and cutover activities.

SAP SuccessFactors Senior Project Manager - Global Transformation

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Remote / Home-Based - Occasional travel to Solihull (approximately once per month)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Project Manager to join a major international SAP transformation programme within a large, global organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a multi-country SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout, with an initial focus on Germany and the UK, followed by multiple further international deployments.

We’re particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers who have strong experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations, HR technology transformation or wider SAP ERP programmes.

You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, IT and business stakeholders, alongside external implementation partners, to deliver complex technology projects that support business transformation.

The position offers excellent flexibility, with predominantly remote working and minimal travel to the Solihull office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors, HR technology and wider SAP ERP implementation projects.
• Support a major international SAP transformation programme, with deployments across Germany, the UK and further global locations.
• Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment and post-go-live transition.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams, external SAP implementation partners and third-party suppliers.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies and change control.
• Oversee integration activities between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications where applicable.
• Provide clear project reporting and updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring effective governance and delivery against agreed milestones.
• Support business readiness, change management, testing and cutover activities.
• Identify opportunities to standardise processes and improve delivery across future international deployments.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as an SAP Project Manager or Senior ERP Project Manager, delivering complex implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations or significant HR systems transformation programmes.
• Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and its core HR capabilities, such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management or other modules.
• Experience managing end-to-end SAP or ERP implementations, from initiation through to go-live.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, ideally Public Cloud, would be highly advantageous.
• Experience managing international or multi-country technology deployments would be beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with HR leadership, IT teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing third-party SAP implementation partners and external suppliers.
• Excellent project management capabilities across budgets, resources, governance, risk and change management.
