Job summary

Amazon Data Services UK Limited is seeking a Sr. HR Specialist for the AIS HRP Team to shape the people infrastructure for our Data Centers across EMEA and APJC.

You will translate field needs into structured requirements, partner with TimeHub, Workforce Solutions, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and drive launches, retrofits and site transitions.

This role emphasizes ownership, cross-country initiatives, and building scalable standards in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 5+ years of HR, talent program, or program and project management experience
• Experience translating ambiguous business needs into structured requirements
• Experience across multiple countries or business lines
• Experience cross-functionally with teams you influence rather than manage

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate field needs into structured build requirements and drive them through to delivery
• Support full site lifecycle including launches, retrofits, closures, and replacements with regional focus on EMEA/APJC
• Define time and pay requirements for DC population and partner with payroll teams
• Partner with TimeHub, Workforce Solutions, Payroll, Compensation, policy, and Benefits as a single contact
• Address risks in the intake-to-delivery pipeline early and collaborate to resolve them
• Flex across workstreams as priorities shift and tackle high-value problems
