Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Partner for the Fulfillment Center. You will coach Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics, handle employee cases, and ensure a positive Associate experience in collaboration with HR Shared Services and Payroll.

You will partner with the PXT team to drive people initiatives, analyze workforce data, and support investigations and audits. The role focuses on high standards and effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Fluent in English at C1 level or above.
• Human resources degree or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics.
• Act as a point of contact for FC Associates and support HR needs.
• Manage employee cases and investigations in line with local employment law.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and High Volume Hiring on initiatives.
• Collect and analyse data to draw insights on attrition, attendance and engagement.
