Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the HR team and drive recruitment for senior-level and specialist roles. You will support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee experience and HR initiatives, while partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with a salary in the £33,000–£35,000 range and an annual bonus, within a location accessible from East Riding and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment end-to-end.
• Experience headhunting and direct candidate approach.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially aware approach to recruitment and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level roles.
• Be central point of contact for recruitment across the business.
• Ensure recruitment processes and approvals are followed.
• Support HR team with lower-level recruitment activities.
• Develop recruitment processes, matrices and competency profiles.
