Job summary

Hawk3 Talent Solutions, acting as an Employment Business, are recruiting an HR Advisor to join a small HR team in Swindon. The role handles payroll coordination, employee relations and generalist HR duties for ~150 colleagues.

You will work with managers and report to the UK Group HR Manager, offering day-to-day support across payroll, administration, engagement and policy guidance. Hybrid working available after training.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and advisory responsibilities.
• Experience coaching managers through disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Good knowledge of ACAS Code of Practice and UK employment law.

Responsibilities

• Collate monthly payroll data and liaise with the outsourced payroll provider.
• Support and coach managers through disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and build a positive workplace culture.
• Manage day-to-day HR administration including onboarding, records, benefits and training coordination.
• Provide practical HR guidance on policies, absence management and employee relations.
