Job summary

Equans is seeking a HR & Payroll Senior Data Migration Analyst to lead end-to-end migration of HR and payroll data into SAP ECC6. The role is based at Quorum Business Park, Newcastle or Wath-upon-Dearne, Rotherham, on a 12-month basis, with a 37.5-hour week and a salary of £50,000–£60,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits.

You will manage data extraction, cleansing, mapping, loading and post-load validation, coordinating with HR, Payroll, IT and Capgemini to ensure data quality and timely

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data migration projects, Ideally HR and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of HR/payroll data structures.
• Advanced Excel skills for large dataset analysis.
• Experience with SAP HR systems (HCM/ECC6).
• Understanding of data governance and GDPR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Extract HR and payroll data from legacy systems accurately.
• Cleanse and validate data before migration.
• Map data to SAP structures and load into SAP.
• Validate post-load results and support UAT/dress rehearsals.
• Maintain audit trails and migration documentation.
