Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT or Engineering.
• 5+ years SAP Data Migration experience in S4 Hana Public Cloud.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.
• Excellent communication with Business Users.
• Experience in agile project environments.
• Experience with SuccessFactors migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration activities for the functional areas appointed to.
• Mentor less experienced team members and provide guidance throughout migration.
• Ensure data accuracy via pre-load and post-load checks before business validation.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Meet tight deadlines and deliver data migration tasks on time.
• Document migration processes and best practices for reference.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation post-migration.
• Resolve defects within each load cycle.
