Savills plc is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the North region, delivering commercially focused HR advisory support across a diverse property portfolio. You will manage high-risk employee relations, guide managers through complex cases and drive TUPE and change initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders, provide governance on HR matters, and coach line managers to build organisational capability while maintaining compliance with UK employment law.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance.
• Expert ability to handle complex employee relations, including investigations and restructures.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading HR initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on HR advisory support to the North region across a varied portfolio.
• Lead complex ER matters, TUPE activity and organisational change.
• Coach managers, govern cases and implement People+ strategy initiatives.
