Job summary

Auxilium HR Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Consultant to provide pragmatic, compliant HR support for a loyal client base. The role combines strategy with hands-on delivery, including embedding processes and HR/IT system changes.

You will work onsite at the client near Shepton Mallet and at Auxilium locations, developing people plans, coaching leaders, and driving improvements in culture and capability. CIPD Level 5 is required, Level 7 desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role with client-facing exposure.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• CIPD qualification at Level 5 is required; Level 7/Chartered is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted onsite HR partner for a key client in logistics/warehousing.
• Coach managers on performance, absence, conduct and difficult conversations.
• Lead employee relations matters in line with UK law and client policies.
• Develop and embed policies and manager guidance to reduce risk.
• Partner with client and Auxilium team on a practical people plan aligned to goals.
• Support talent attraction and fair recruitment processes.
