Job summary

Auxilium HR Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced CIPD-qualified HR Manager/Consultant to provide pragmatic, compliant HR support to a key client base across the employee lifecycle.

The role is based in Yeovil with regular onsite work in a fast-paced logistics environment, leading on people processes, embedding HR systems, and coaching managers to boost performance, engagement and compliance within the growing Auxilium team.

Qualifications

• Proven generalist HR experience, client-facing or multi-site.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification; Level 7 desirable would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted onsite HR partner for the client, delivering pragmatic advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach managers on performance, absence, conduct, and difficult conversations to build consistency.
• Lead case-management of ER matters in line with UK law and client policies.
• Develop and embed policies, procedures and manager guidance to reduce people risk.
