This HR Manager (Senior HR Manager - the company has a flat job title structure) role will be the primary HR position for one of their smaller business lines in the FMCG industry. This business employs approximately 100 professionals across London, the North-East, France, and Germany, focusing on corporate, supply chain, and innovation functions. Recently, the business underwent a change in ownership and is now partly PE financed. Reporting to the London-based COO, the HR Manager will facilitate business change during this transformation and partner with leadership on all people-related matters. Additionally, the HR Manager will focus on attracting and retaining talent, enhancing current terms and conditions, and identifying process improvements such as changing payroll providers.
The successful HR Manager will have experience delivering results in a commercial environment and demonstrate excellent skills in enabling change and transformation. They should be capable of supporting a small customer group, working effectively within a small HR team. Formal professional qualifications or an excellent academic undergraduate record will be highly regarded.
Offering approximately £75,000-£80,000, with a £4,000 London allowance, a 20% bonus, and company benefits.
