Job summary

You'll lead employee relations, advise on UK employment law, coach managers, and drive cyclical HR processes such as performance reviews and salary reviews, while using data to inform decisions and support governance across the firm.

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating in a generalist HR role.
• Proven experience managing employee relations cases independently.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a broad range of employee relations matters, providing expert guidance on employment legislation and HR policies.
• Deliver strategic and day-to-day HR activities, collaborating with senior managers and directors.
• Drive cyclical HR processes such as performance reviews, promotions, talent reviews and salary reviews.
