United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Senior People Partner to partner with the Chief Content Officer and the Content team. You’ll move at pace, understand what the team does, and influence senior editorial and analytical leaders.

You’ll shape org design, leadership coaching, learning, and performance, using data to drive fair compensation and strong employee wellbeing. This role is hybrid, London-based, with cross-border collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of HR experience in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS software (HiBob, Lattice, Ashby).
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.

Aufgaben

• ER and performance management under UK law.
• Embed people products and ensure adoption across teams.
• Use data to drive salary bands and equity discussions.
• Coach leaders and managers to manage talent and wellbeing.
• Partner with Talent to build pipelines for future roles.
• Support Leadership in org design and team effectiveness.
• Lead learning and development to close capability gaps.
