Lokalise is seeking a Senior HR Operations Lead to design, build, and continuously improve the systems, processes, and ecosystem that shape the employee experience for a distributed, multi-country workforce. This role reports to the CHRO and drives the quality of talent outcomes.

You will own the HR operating model, calendar, data-driven decisions, and vendor relationships across HRIS, payroll, and benefits, enabling rapid global growth while maintaining compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Senior contributor with full ownership of HR operations.
• Partnering with a mature HRBP and stakeholder ecosystem.
• Decisions driven by business impact and commercial context.
• Using people data to inform solutions and decisions.
• Passion for building business-first HR infrastructure.
• Senior HR operations experience in distributed tech/SaaS.
• Managing EOR relationships and multi-country employment complexity.
• Owning vendor relationships across HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
