The Ridings Medical Group is recruiting an experienced HR leader to join our NHS primary care network. You will steer senior HR strategies, navigate partner dynamics, and drive people initiatives across five sites in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

You will bring CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, a master’s degree in HR or healthcare management, and a track record in healthcare HR. A collaborative, proactive approach is essential to support our diverse clinical and non-clinical teams.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent professional HR qualification (Essential)
• Master’s degree in HR or Healthcare Management (Desirable)
• Senior HR management experience in healthcare settings (Essential)
• Familiarity with NHS Agenda for Change framework and Salaried GP Model Contract (Desirable)
• Experience navigating medical staff and Partner dynamics in primary care (Desirable)
