Job summary

The Ridings Medical Group is recruiting an experienced HR leader to join our NHS primary care network. You will steer senior HR strategies, navigate partner dynamics, and drive people initiatives across five sites in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

You will bring CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, a master’s degree in HR or healthcare management, and a track record in healthcare HR. A collaborative, proactive approach is essential to support our diverse clinical and non-clinical teams.

The Ridings Medical Group is a large, forward-thinking training practice operating as a single Primary Care Network, River & Wolds PCN, delivering high-quality primary care services to more than 48,000 patients across five sites in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Led by 11 GP Partners and supported by a highly experienced and dynamic management team, we employ over 200 colleagues across a wide range of clinical and non-clinical disciplines. • CIPD Qualified (Level 7 preferred) or equivalent professional HR qualification (Essential)
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or Healthcare Management (Desirable)

Experience

• Extensive, proven HR experience at a senior management level (Essential)
• Experience working within an NHS or healthcare setting, ideally across Primary Care, PCNs, or Integrated Care Systems (Essential)
• Familiarity with the NHS Agenda for Change framework and the Salaried GP Model Contract (Desirable)
• Experience navigating medical staff and Partner dynamics in a primary care environment (Desirable)

Salary: £57,507 to £64,429 pro rata (salary scale depends on experience)
