eTeach UK Limited is seeking a Senior HR Casework Officer (Schools) with Welsh proficiency to advise and support schools and the Education Directorate on employment relations matters.

The role reports to the Senior People Partner and involves working with trade unions, governing bodies and other HR teams to deliver expert guidance on restructures, tribunal casework and complex employee relations issues. Welsh language capability to Level 4 is essential.

Competenze

• Extensive HR policy knowledge and employment relations experience with schools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to advise in line with policy.
• Willingness to collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Advise on complex HR matters including restructures and TUPE.
• Provide support on employment tribunal casework and escalated employee relations issues.
• Collaborate with unions, Governing Bodies and stakeholders to shape HR plans.
