Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced HR professional to advise and support Schools and the Education Directorate on employment relations. You will work within the HR Schools team to provide expert guidance and build strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring a high-quality service across education services.

You will report to the Senior People Partner, handling complex HR matters and collaborating with unions and governing bodies to shape HR plans aligned with organisational priorities.

Competenze

• Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Experience working with schools.
• Ability to provide practical, policy-aligned advice.

Mansioni

• Deliver expert HR advice on complex matters such as restructures, employment tribunal casework, and TUPE.
• Support delivery of wider HR projects and initiatives.
• Shape and implement HR plans in partnership with leaders and stakeholders.
