Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK seeks a senior Partnership Tax professional to lead the in‑house partnership tax compliance function and influence the firm’s tax strategy. You will collaborate with the Head of Tax, CFO, and Finance teams to ensure accurate LLP/SA800 computations, CT600s, and related reporting.

You will chair the Partnership Tax Group, oversee a team of tax specialists, and drive process improvements to deliver timely, compliant returns and dashboards across multi-entry entities.

Qualifications

• Proven UK tax compliance experience across partnerships (LLP/SA800) and/or corporates (CT600/QIPs)
• Evidence of CPD and familiarity with firmwide quality/controls frameworks
• Experience in a senior client-facing or in-house tax role in professional services or multi‑entity environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the In‑House UK Partnership Tax compliance function
• Own the LLP tax computation and SA800, maintain technical positions and change-control
• Lead the Partnership Tax Group (chair meetings, drive actions) and manage the Partnership Tax Team
• Prepare/review UK corporate tax computations and CT600s for UK entities; coordinate SAO and QIPs
• Oversee SDES bulk submissions and HMRC portal alignment with internal schedules
• Embed workflow controls and ensure first-time-right delivery; manage ageing items
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll/Global Mobility, VAT and other specialists; report to Partnership Tax Director
