I am sourcing an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking business committed to creating an inclusive and effective workplace culture. This will be an initial 12-month FTC based in Birmingham with 2 days onsite per week.
The client is looking for a start date around mid-June.
You will play a key role in driving the people agenda, leading organisational change, and embedding HR strategy across diverse business functions. You will collaborate with HR specialists and People Services to deliver targeted initiatives supporting both business growth and employee experience.
