We are looking for a trusted advisor and a strategic thinker that naturally excels at building strong relationships. We are looking for someone that enjoys working through complex problems and challenges with positivity, strong influence and negotiation skills. This HRBP should demonstrate passion in working with the business functions as well as collaboratively partnering with the global HRBP team, People Team COE’s, and other critical cross functional partners including Finance, Legal and others etcto drive an innovative and growth mindset culture.
This is a global HR Business Partner role and you will partner with Leaders in the Go To Market organisation in EMEA. The role will provide strategic partnership and effective support in a manner that is consistent with local laws and best practices. You will be instrumental in driving HR strategies and initiatives that align with critical business priorities and enhance business performance
