Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an HR AI Solution Architect focused on HR Transformation as part of the Global HR and Talent Transformation Centre of Competence. You will help clients define, shape, and deliver HR transformations powered by AI, automation, and platform technologies.

This role bridges HRTT and HR Technology, providing technical leadership across AI architecture patterns, integration with Workday, SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow, and hands-on design of scalable intelligent HR solutions.

Qualifications

• +8 years' experience in enterprise AI/HR transformations.
• Deep experience with HR/ERP systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow.
• Experience designing AI-enabled HR transformations and agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-enabled architectures for HR processes and operating challenges.
• Inspire clients with AI-driven HR transformation examples and IBM Client Zero practices.
• Apply domain-driven and component-based architecture with HR knowledge in AI solutions.
• Leverage experience with SAP, Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow to address enterprise challenges.
• Lead discovery and design workshops to identify AI opportunities and ROI.
• Oversee AI solution lifecycle and production handover, including governance.
