Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Consultant to support HR and Global Business Services transformation projects. You will help design operating models, embed AI and automation, and deliver digital HR solutions that enhance employee experience.

You will work with platforms like ServiceNow HRSD, Power BI and Power Automate, driving data-driven recommendations. You will engage with stakeholders across HR and GBS, build capability, and contribute to thought leadership on AI and digital HR

Qualifications

Experience supporting HR transformation programmes, ideally within GBS with AI-enabled HR solutions.
Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft Viva, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Understanding of GBS Target Operating Models and HR process optimisation with Visio/Signavio/Celonis.

Responsibilities

Design and implement future-ready HR and GBS Operating Models, including shared services, outsourcing, and CoEs, embedding AI and automation.
Identify and deliver AI and automation use cases across the employee lifecycle using intelligent tools to enhance service delivery.
Apply data analytics for workforce planning, organisational design and performance measurement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR and GBS to support change initiatives, workshops and adoption efforts.
Deliver digital HR solutions that improve employee experience, including self-service, case management, and AI-powered knowledge platforms.
