Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an HR AI Solution Architect to drive HR Transformation journeys powered by AI, automation, and cloud-native GenAI. You will lead architecture decisions, partner with HR Tech and engineering teams, and showcase IBM’s own transformation journey through real-world AI applications.

You will guide workshops, design scalable AI-enabled HR solutions, and ensure governance and cost awareness across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise AI and HR tech consulting.
• Experience with HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow).
• Proven AI/GenAI architecture and integration experience.
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-enabled architectures for HR processes and operating models.
• Lead discovery, design workshops, and ROI assessments with clients.
• Translate technology into tangible business solutions for HR transformations.
• Define cloud-native GenAI and agentic patterns across HR use cases.
