Job summary

IBM is seeking a Solution Architect to lead and deliver complex AI-enabled solutions from requirements through implementation. You’ll apply your deep knowledge of IBM AI tech and industry insights to influence outcomes.

You will work closely with customers to define Agentic AI use cases, design architectures, and guide engineering teams. Strong communication and a STEM background in AI are required.

Qualifications

• Background in LLM AI models and platforms, e.g., watsonx.ai.
• Experience with conversational and agentic AI.
• Background in software development (Java, Python).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver solutions from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Apply IBM AI software to address customer needs.
• Guide customers in building Agentic AI solutions.
• Participate in workshops to demonstrate advantages and best practices of Agentic AI including prompt engineering, chatbot development, and search/information retrieval.
