Pertemps Bond is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a two-month temporary assignment in Weston. The role is full-time (37 hours) with an hourly pay rate of £20.49.

The position focuses on hands-on HR support across employee relations, policies, recruitment and people processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with the People team, advise managers, and drive timely, practical HR solutions in a busy environment.

Formación

• Experience as an HR generalist in a busy environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practices.
• Proven ability to advise managers and lead employee relations cases.
