You will have demonstrable experience in providing Medical and Dental staff terms and conditions of service, along with HR advice promoting high-quality practice in all areas. You will contribute to developing policies and procedures that meet best practices, current legislation, and national policies, supporting the wider team in policy training programs.
The successful candidate should be postgraduate CIPD qualified with significant practical HR and medical staffing experience within a large public sector organization, preferably NHS. Knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, Medical and Dental terms and conditions of service, and NHS Scotland Policies is essential. The ability to work independently, plan, and organize your workload is also required.
Excellent communication, influencing, mediation, project, and people management skills, along with a solution-focused approach, are crucial for this role.
