Job summary

Civil Works Alliance (CWA) is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Advisor to support the HR Business Partner on Sizewell C. Based in Ipswich with occasional travel to London, you will shape people strategy, design scalable structures, and drive workforce planning for a major infrastructure programme.

You will lead HR operations, provide analytics-driven insights, and partner with functions on recruitment and succession planning, while upholding CWA values and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Chartered or equivalent HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or above) or substantial equivalent experience.
• Experience in HR operations and organisational design within large projects.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP with people strategy and long-term goals for the programme.
• Drive organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and performance across the project.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, HRIS updates and compliance needs.
