Job summary

Sizewell C Company is seeking a proactive People Partner to join the HR team in the Suffolk area, with 2–3 days in the office and occasional travel to London. You’ll advise across the full employee lifecycle and work with the People Business Partners to support payroll and Employee Services teams.

You’ll manage employee relations, performance, and workforce planning while developing HR policies and reporting. A CIPD qualification is ideal, with SAP/MyHR experience valued.

Qualifications

• HR professional with experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive challenge.
• Strong commercial awareness within an HR setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for manager queries and employee enquiries.
• Provide HR advice and operational support to designated business areas.
• Support managers with employee relations, documentation, and case resolution.
• Assist with performance management and delivery of Sizewell C’s performance framework.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR workflows via MyHR.
• Support recruitment activity, including job descriptions and requisitions.
